barca, upper hand

Barcelona scored a huge away goal at the San Siro tonight, meaning AC Milan will need 2 goals at the Nou Camp in the second leg; a task almost impossible. Barca, without key players, still managed to outplay the home team at midfield, and converted one of their chances.

Gilardino, who is still scoreless hit the woodwork early in the 1st half, followed by a Sheva header that was turned away by Victor Valdez. Milan had a few more decent chances, coming from Kaka and Ambrosini, but nothing wanted to go in.

Ronaldinho, who was able to have some free-kicks, broke free twice during the match, one resulting in a shot off the post; the other was a through ball to Giuly taking Barca up 1-0.

If anyone can a score 2 in Spain, it's Milan. For the next 8 days, I still believe. If nothing good comes off it, go Arsenal!

Never lose hope in your team, taras.
Next week we'll have Pippo healthy, and hopefully he'll succeed where Gila has failed.

Forza Milan!
