D-Day

i'm so excited i could throw up.

the only downer is that i can't watch either chelsea or arsenal win their first games this weekend...its a crying shame. especially when i think that watching game one is going to feel like picking someone up at the airport that you haven't seen in some time. you miss them, you love them, and you can't wait to see them. the anticipation is killing me.

Unlucky start for Arsenal. I'm very charmed of Theo Walcott.

Arsenal deserved a victory in that one. We completely dominated play, but were held by a very defensive tactic along with a couple of unlucky breaks (our goal called back on an offside call, a shot of the crossbar, a couple of shots cleared off the line by defenders...).

Walcott impressed me more than I expected. He seemed to have quite good composure and made some nice plays. It would be nice to see what he can do against a team that isn't playing their entire team in the penalty area like Villa did for most of the second half.

All in all not an good way to start the season. We need to take every point possible at home to compete with Abramovich.
